I ordered my Upsteps on December 26th and am still waiting for them to arrive. My latest update is that they are stuck in customs at Fed Ex because they don't have all the correct paperwork to get through. So, $200 gone and no orthos, and 10 weeks into waiting.

It’s been 4 weeks since cast sent to Upstep , still no product, what’s up? I would be more understanding if when credit card information was given that it would take 4 weeks or more to receive custom foot orthotics. Kevin B. Kevin’s response : Well apparently You were able to find Me enough to utilize my Charge Card for $188.10. Right ?

Considering you already have the molds for my feet this should not take this long this is extremely upsetting, unacceptable and unprofessional this will most likely be the last time I do business with you.

Terrible communication

Received a reply with only the letter ‘H’ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Absolutely terrible customer service.

Haven’t gotten the inserts yet, been weeks since I sent them in. Want a refund or the j setts please.

It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received anything. Every week it’s the same answer of “In 7 to 10 business days your order will ship”. Avoid this company and save yourself some headache. EDIT: I received a reply from this company where they state, It saddens us to know we are providing a fabulous price on custom orthotics from the comfort of your own home and because we will not rush and ruin the integrity of our product, we receive bad reviews about the wait." Don't blame the customer because said customer holds you accountable for the time frame that YOU chose. I chose orthotics that were supposed to be delivered in 24 business days AFTER you received the impression kit. I paid for those orthotics that I was promised. I didn't realize I was paying some jack wagon company to try to pin their problems on a customer. Here's a tissue since it saddens you so much, but it seems you're wiping your tears with hundred dollar bills that you are taking from unhappy customers.

After posting a negative review of UpStep here 2 weeks ago, they did reply to my review indicating they agreed to cancel my order. It took 2 weeks to get the credit on my card but they did follow through even though they had been sending me emails and texts for weeks indicating my insoles were almost finished. In the two weeks since they processed the cancellation I continue to get the canned messages via email and textsindicating the are experiencing high volume and it takes additional time to ensure I'm getting the best product. I don't even have an order any more and the customer service messages continue to be sent to me. That convinces me that this company is either a scam or is the worst run company. At least I got my money back. I went to a local podiatrist and had custom insoles made in 5 days at the same cost. I love them and will have them make me another pair. If anyone is experiencing the same delays and constant assurance they're working on your order, good luck. Hope you have a better experience than I had. I would never recommend this company. They had a slick advertising presentation online but can't deliver their product.
