Custom orthotics really make a…
Custom orthotics really make a difference over off the shelf orthotics. UpStep makes a really high-quality orthotic, custom to my foot, after having off the shelf orthotics for years, I will never go back. Additionally, UpStep has great customer service. They needed to make some adjustments to my orthotic, which they happily did, and expedited it. Customer for life, great company.

Mary was the bomb!
Mary was very helpful in getting me the information I needed. She was able to find my confirmation number quickly and even updated me herself when I could expect my new insoles to arrive. Thank you so much Mary!

Very happy with my insoles and with this company!
I love these insoles! As an avid backpacker/hiker, I hike over 2,000 miles a year. I can do this by using Upstep Customized Shoe Insoles! They reduce fatigue and discomfort. Upstep's customer service is excellent too! They get back to you very quickly, are respectful and efficient. Very happy with my insoles and with this company!

I am loving my Upstep orthotics
I am loving my Upstep orthotics. It has taken several weeks for my feet to adjust to them but after trying them in more than one pair of running shoes I am finally enjoying them. I have high arches and was having problems with my Achilles. My feet are feeling great again. Thank you
