Great pre-purchase support. Mary and Ryan replied quickly, captured all my build notes (severe flat, flexible arches with strong over-pronation; HOKA Bondi 8/9 in 4E; long-distance road running), and guided me on the impression kit. They were upfront about the current U.S.-only return-label policy and helped me use a U.S. forwarding address so I could still order from Canada. They also helped troubleshoot a checkout coupon error and kept communication clear, friendly, and no-pressure. I appreciate how they invite photos and extra info so the podiatry team can truly customize the device. Excited to test the orthotics and share results in a running video.
