Ordered early January 2023 and now rolling into April, and have yet to receive my order. Reached out to customer service to find out when I’ll be receiving my order. If I do not receive it by mid April, I’ll be demanding a refund or dispute the charges.

I placed an order on 1/23/2023 for my orthotics and I have still not received them 2 months later. I received an email stating they were taking longer because of high volume. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company because I believe this may be a scam. It seems this has happened to a lot of people.

Upstep received my impressions on February 10th, but the order has been delayed due to high demand. It’s now been almost six weeks and I still don’t have my custom orthotics. My last update email was about changing the material of my orthotics. I’ve been checking the status on them regularly, but last week the website started telling me my order could not be found. I don’t even know if I’m going to get these at this point.

No one to speak with. Phone numbers Upstep gives put you on hold then disconnect. Waiting over 2 months for product. UPSTEP Website texting is humiating and mock the customer. Never expected such uncaring service.
