I have sent pictures of current orthotics I am wearing
I have sent pictures of current orthotics I am wearing which on the back of them shows the lift I need. I have answered questions from day one of ordering and paying my money. I am tired of emails and would personally like to speak to someone and they need to pull my prior answers to my previous emails and quit sending me the same questions. I could have went back to my prior foot doctor, had orthotics made, even if they costs more money had them fixed if not correct and now wearing them. I am not happy with this at all.

Super uncomfortable and poorly made
Super uncomfortable and poorly made. Will definitely be returning. These are about the same quality as what you would by for 19.99 at Walmart. They seem to have a ton of fake reviews about how great their customer service and quality is. Both are 1 star at best.

Hello. All reviews are real and from actual customers. We are very sorry you are unhappy with your orthotics. They're made from high-quality EVA and polypropylene - the best materials in the industry today. We use Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foam. EVA is a wonderful shock absorber that is heat moldable and has excellent shape retention. Because of its versatile uses, it is among the most popular of our manufacturing materials. EVA provides excellent cushion, comfort, and breathability, wicking away moisture and reducing friction. We use Polypropylene, lightweight, durable, and heat adjustable. Polypropylene is an industry-standard. Our orthotics can be designed as flexible, semi-rigid, or as rigid as you like to meet your needs from basic walking to the athletic activities.

Upstep is a scam
Upstep is a scam. They charged my credit card as soon as I placed my ordered and will not ship it.

Hello- Based on the information left here on this review, we cannot locate an order for you. However, once the order is placed, an impression kit is shipped within 24 hours. Our orthotics are custom and require a design and production period. They are not "off the shelf" insoles if that what you were expecting.
