Hello- our current turnaround time is 35 business days. We see your orthotics have shipped! Please follow the break-in instruction so your feet can feel the most optimal!

Worst possible decision made. Took 7 months to arrive yea months!! Used them for 30 days and they are crap. I spoke with customer service they had me ship back the orthotics which I did. They received them back within 5 days and still waiting for a refund. They told me the refund will be processed in 3-5 business days. Still nothing. They never respond to calls or emails. Total waste of time and over $300. Stay away. Go to redwings store for custom orthotics and they will stand by their product and warranty.

I ordered and paid for my orthodics and I was supposed to receive them 2-3 months ago. I'm still waiting on them and don't even know if I will receive them or if this is possibly a scam. My feet hurt and I would have ordered them elsewhere if they quoted me an accurate timeframe. I suggest shopping elsewhere.

I wish there was a lower rating. What they don't tell you is that the inserts will take months to get. The "anticipated" date just keeps getting pushed out. Customer service will tell you 23 business days after they get the molds back. Which will already take two weeks. Then after the "23" days it's next week, then next week, then next month. Once they do ship, you'll notice they come from Israel. Which we all know how that goes with shipping. I haven't even received them yet, I'm already beyond irritated, but what I can tell you, for $50 bucks more I could have went to my local foot doctor and had them a month ago. If after paying this, and waiting this long these things aren't right I'm going to flip out.

If there was a lower rating option, I would choose it. I got my wife the gift for Christmas. Since then, My wife has been trying to get her orthotics for some time now. She has requested that your company deal directly with her, at her email address . I continuosly get your emails and she is getting no service. Please call Lori to discuss (630-878-8423). So far, this is a total disappointment. Is there a full money refund option?

It’s April 3rd and I still haven’t received my insoles? Well what do you know, I just happened to receive my insoles on April 10th, after 4 months! Worst $300 I ever spent! You’ll be better off with Dr. Scholes! This place is a fraud and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau! Don’t waste your money!! Don’t do it!
