Do not order from Upstep
Do not order from Upstep. My order was significantly delayed and you are unable to speak with a live customer service agent. When the orthotics finally arrived - the item was not what I ordered. Now I am in hell attempting to resolve the order. STAY AWAY!

Hello Joe- We are glad to see you are working with out with a representative. Please note- we have live agents on our website everyday until 10pm. (except Friday evening and Saturdays). Apologies for the delay. We know you will love your new orthotics and when you need a new pair, you will always have a place to come because we keep your impression on file for 5 years! The delay is past us and you will soon feel why our orthotics are in such high demand!

Not good for men's dress shoes.
Back in November I ordered 3 pairs of Inserts. Returned my impression In a timely manner. February came and still no order received. Reached out and after several days was told order was on the way. Two weeks later 1 pair arrived. I reached out informing them that I had only received one pair. They told me the addition 2 would follow. two weeks later the other two arrived. Upon arrival I followed the instructions and removed the footbeds of three pairs of expensive men's dress shoes. I cut and installed the upsteps. They have made my shoes so tight I can't even wear them and in removing the original footbeds my shoes are ruined. I know have three pairs or ruined expensive men's shoes and 3 useless pairs of upsteps. I have posted this review on their website and they have removed it.

Hello- based on the information you provided, we cannot locate an order. We offer free remakes if there is something wrong with your orthotics. Perhaps, they need to be designed a bit thinner. I haven’t received the insoles I ordered three months ago. How can evaluate the service if I don’t have the product !!!

If there was a negative star feature I…
If there was a negative star feature I would have used it. I spent a lot of money on these, they took months to get here and now I have blisters on the bottom of my feet from wearing them. -5/5 star review. I wasn't expecting that much of a difference from the cheap dr.scholls but your product actually hurt me.
