The customer service and communications with that department was top notch. I wrote to ask them to check on a refund I was owed but hadn't received. Daisy, the customer service representative, jumped on my request right away, and I received the refund within a day.

Daisy on their team reached out to me asking for more details including suggesting I send pictures of the shoes I will be wearing the inserts with. A truly customized and white-glove experience!

Upstep is responsive and offers a high quality product
Upstep is very responsive to any questions. I liked the current orthodics made by Upstep so much that I ordered 2 more pairs for my other shoes. I now have 4 pairs so I don't need to keep swapping the orthodics out among the different pairs of shoes. The Upstep orthodics work as well as the professionally made ones by a podiatrist. I highly recommend Upstep as a great effective alternative. I got 4 pairs for the price of one made by a podiatrist.

It's great to know you can now keep a pair in each of your favorite shoes without having to constantly switch them around. We truly appreciate your continued trust and recommendation. Thank you for being a valued Upstep customer! 😊👣
