Received my second pair of custom insoles. After one year of daily use, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

oh my goodness, i was so concerned with my foot pain. I walk the golf course and suffered until i got these orthotics. Frankly, I'm not sure what to attribute it to. Am I better because I kept gaining foot strength or because of the orthotics? Whatever, I'm better. They also had great customer service as i was previously so upset with my feet and had a number of questions. I'd recommend these orthotics to anyone. Great product, Great company

I was a little skeptical at first,but I bought my inserts about 8 months ago,these are the most comfortable inserts,I have worn,better than the doctor I saw in office,about 3 years ago for custom inserts,also cheaper My feet feel great with ustep inserts,I'm very happy,thank you ustep

Amazing service! Would definitely order from them again! I told them that I’m going for a trip in 10 days and I wanted to get the insoles before that, I received my insoles in 8 days which is absolutely incredible since it takes more than two weeks to make custom insoles when i order them through my doctor’s office.

They worked through my training and during my marathon.

A Great Experience. I got these for my 23 year old grandson. He has been wearing them ever since receiving them. He says that they are super supportive and comfortable, and he feels like he should take off on a nice run ever since he put them in his shoes. I would absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to my family and friends. Their customer service team, especially Samantha, with whom I dealt, was there throughout the process of fitting and shipping and kept me informed at all times.

I had been experiencing extreme foot pain that was impacting my ability to walk. After a consultation with UpStep, I was given custom orthotics which really helped. They were made specifically for my foot, so they fit very well and were very comfortable to wear, after getting past the initial adjustment period. My foot and leg pain have disappeared and I can now walk pain free. This is a great and durable product with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Just got these yesterday. Really nice! Spent a lot of orthotics from podiatrist and these are better. Upstep made specific to my foot issues and needs. Great job!
