I use to suffer from mild lower back pain. The pain didn't interfere with my daily activities. It was annoying. But then, I found this company called Upstep. I have bought 4 pairs(multi-sport orthotics)so far, and my experience have been amazing. I don't have that lower back pain anymore. I can be standing all day without sitting. Like when I went to New York, I practically never took a rest and my feet where just like new after 12 hours standing/walking. Combining a good, lengthy stretch plus the upstep multi-sports orthotics I'm pain free. (Free from lower back pain and feet pain after being standing/walking for a lot of hours) GIVE IT A TRY. Remember that the company puts a lot of attention to detail on making these. And REMEMBER, the orthotics will be done for the brand shoes of your preference. Pick carefully the shoes picture that you will submit. The orthotics will be made for those brand shoe model and similar designs.

I have a flat arch on one foot due to a football injury. I have pain in the area after extended periods of walking/standing, which is greatly improved by an orthodic. I have found UPSTEP's orthodic to be just as effective as the custom orthodic created by my podiatrist - but obviously at a much lower cost. This cost savings allows me to leave orthodics in several different shoes and avoid the hassle of constantly switching from shoe to shoe.

This is the best move I have made for my feet and back for the price tag!! I am on my feet most of the day and feeling no pain. I need to know if there is a discount for being a life long membership. Highly recommended!!

These orthotics are wonderful. This is the first online company where I have found that makes them correct. I will buy again in the future.

Have good experience with my Upsteps. 2 long dogwalk’s daily on concrete and I wear them in all of my shoes. Also help my arthritic right hip. When my feet are aligned my hip feels much better.

I have just ordered another two pairs of these inserts. They really work well to alleviate foot pain and allow me to walk, work in the yard and do any other activity I chose. Feet are happy, I am happy with the custom fitted upstep inserts!👍
