Great customer support
Great customer support, they emailed me right away after I sent an email of pictures of the shoes I would be wearing. Also they sent continues shipping updates and I recieved the product very fast. I just sent it back yesterday Nov2522 I look forward in receiving my new inserts.

fast and easy ordering
I had the benefit of having gone to a Podiatrist before I ordered my insoles, so it was fairly easy. Take your time when ordering, and start with a new pair of your favorite shoes when you get them if you can.
