Online chat is helpful when placing order because the website is not very well set up for when you want to re-order on old order, with a few changes. The insoles themselves are the best. They cured the plantar fasciitis problems I was having. I now have the insoles in all my shoes, and I no longer have have foot and shin pain.

It's more appropriate to wait until the entire process has been completed. Right now I have the foot impressions to complete and return to Upstep. So far Upstep has been great. I appreciate the prompt communication with their specialists and the questions asked; namely, what type of shoes I usually wear, what type of activities, etc. Communicating via email has been great so far. I look forward to my new insoles which I hope and pray will eliminate or at least lessen my foot pain to a tolerable level where I can once again participate in tour activities and I travel the world.

I was grateful for the help negotiating the website. Thanks to the first helper who liked my name and started me on the right track and the man who steered me through the process. Sorry-can't remember their names.
