10/7/22 - Order placed 10/14/22 - Received impression kit 10/15/22 - Dropped impression kit off at post office for return 10/18/22 - Impression kit was received by Upstep 10/19/22 - Received email confirming impression kit was received 11/9/22 - Received an email stating that "Your upsteps will be coming to life very soon!" (16 business days from return of impression kit) 12/2/22 - 33 business days from return of impression kit - chatted with live support to inquire about the status of my Upsteps - was told that it would be an additional 7 business days before my Upsteps will ship - total of 40 business days from return of impression kit. The Upstep website promises orthotics within 16 days from the date they receive the impression kit back from the consumer. I understand delays during busy times, but this is ridiculous. I still don't have a confirmed shipping date. ETA: 12/5/22 - After posting this review, received an email stating that as a result of the delay, Upstep was adding a free gift to my order 12/8/22 - Received an email stating my custom orthotics are on their way. Tracking information provided in the email show they will be delivered on 12/9/22 (36 business days after the impression kit was returned)! Fingers crossed... ETA: 12/9/22 - Package was delivered (FedEx Tracking picture showed package outside my front door) - Package was stolen before I got home from work. I guess I am not destined to get relief from my foot pain. What a mess. ETA: 12/14/22 - Contacted FedEx about stolen shipment and they were no help and told me to contact the shipper. So I did. Received an email today from Upstep support and they stated that they were not responsible for theft, but as a courtesy were going to be replacing my order. As a result, I changed my rating from 1 star to 5.

Completely relieved all my feet pain so I can run again. This is after 1 ankle reconstructive surgery, nerve damage surgery in my foot and a recent toe broken surgery. I thought I would have to just live with pain when i walked. Now i dont have any pain and i can run again.

Process was easy to follow

Great experience, but the one extra for $95 (or whatever the lesser amount was) kept asking me for info I've already provided and I was hung up on having to send pictures. So it seems to have not went through. Why would you be asking all those questions - again?

Easy, except, I don't need to send pictures of my shoes, they're exactly like my last ones.
