The customer service follow-up and in requesting background information has been impressive. Same goes for communication frequency. The real test will come when I receive my new orthotics and how my feet like them.

Received the impression box, my grandson completed the impression and before we could pick up the box, our dog walked thru it, ruining the impression. Chatted with Kirsten and she is sending out new impression box…awesome!

We understand accidents happen!! Dogs and children are unpredictable! We have seen many dog paws in our impression kits, and well, let's say we find them cute! Glad Kirsten was able to assist you with a new impression kit.
