Excellent customer service from Mary
Excellent customer service from Mary. I had trouble placing an order yesterday, and she was quick to respond and able to get my issue resolved very quickly. I really appreciate how helpful and responsive she was. I have been a customer of Upstep for many years and purchased several sets of insoles. I have always been impressed with their customer service and quality of the insoles. Thank you so much.

"Well Made, Easy to Use"
I read the info card with the user tips, and followed the advice to wear sparingly for the first days. I adapted so well, that I was wearing them full time. I bought 2 pairs, to avoid having to swap them every day from the 2 pairs of shoes I use most often. The rep told me that Upstep keeps records for 5 years, in case you wanna order more sets.

Mary did a great job helping me via chat. The new orthodics arrived. But did not fit. She helped me get new ones ordered. I hope the new ones fit.
