So far everything has been point on as far as getting the material for my custom fit orthotics. Also, I wasn’t given exercises to do to help with my foot pain as they promised.

I haven't received my custom orthotics yet, but so far the ordering experience has been smooth. I received the foam forms quickly and have sent them back. The company has also been very thorough with detailed questions about my foot issues. I have high hopes for the orthotics when I receive them.
