Upstep Orthotics are amazing, immediately noticed a difference in reduced foot pain and stature, after being diagnosed by my physician with flat feet and plantar fasciitis, I was finally walking normally again and feeling no pain. Now when I go on hikes and runs I can go hours without foot pain. I am also hoping this reduces the wear on the back corner of the soles of my shoes and reduce the number of shoes I go through. I am very satisfied and have returned to buying two more pair specifically for running and workouts.
