Great customer service by Mary
Mary was very attentive and helpful in trying to resolve my technical issue. She offered a couple of solutions and made me feel like she cared about my problem. That level of customer service is becoming more and more scarce these days and I appreciate her efforts. She represented Upstep very well today. If I did not have a pleasant experience with her, I am may have taken my business elsewhere. She made a customer out of me. I hope she is commended for her work.
