The online chat. Mary was excellent. On the online chat, she quickly and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She also let me know of the available insert options. Definitely made the process super easy. Highly recommend!

Great price for customized orthotics
First, the price for truly customized orthotics was very reasonable. I’ve paid $300-$400 a pair in the past. The quiz was very thorough and detailed. Very easy to work through the website.

Good support
Good support - Sad that Your Podiatrist will not allow you to make my three orthotics because I have Diabetes and Neuropathy!

While we greatly appreciate you choosing Upstep for your custom orthotic needs, we cannot design orthotics for diabetics who suffer from neuropathy and/or ulcers, as the risk is too high for the orthotics to cause more harm than good. We recommend you visit a local doctor for a face-to-face evaluation. We would love to design orthotics for you but will not put you at risk. Best wishes and a Happy New Year!
