I’ve bought CUSTOM orthotics for many years due to an extremely high arch. I’ve rarely been to an appointment when the tech or physician doesn’t remark, “that is the highest arch I’ve ever seen.” I always reply, “runs in the family. You should see my cousin Cookie’s arch.” My feet hurt since I was a young child. I hated running, walking was painful if it was a great distance. To top it off I have a large shoe size. When I dressed formally it was agony to endure high heals. Business attire was misery when I had to do presentations or attend events. I decided to try Upstep due to a Facebook promotion that was running. My last pair with a mold made was over $700. The Upstep mold came quickly and about 6 weeks later my inserts arrived. They are fabulous. I have been thrilled for several months now. Thank you very much for the great fit. I’ve never had it so good.
