I ordered an impression kit, mailed it back and hadn't gotten an update in a while. I reached out to customer service and turns out the impression kit was lost in the mail. Samantha from customer service was very helpful getting this resolved. She sent a replacement kit right away with expedited shipping so we can get it squared away as soon as possible. Customer service is one of the most important areas of a company - and Upstep nailed it.

I finally made the decision to give Upstep custom orthotics a chance after no success with other OTC orthotics and custom orthotics. The process or ordering and the 75% off sale was just to good to pass up. I spent $500 on my custom orthotics and they are way to painful to even try to run in. I am looking forward to giving my new Upsteps a chance to get me back into running long distances.
