Upstep was better than expected. I had someone from the orthotics design team actually email me and discuss my feet history and take that into account when designing my orthotics. They even gave me a shoe recommendation that I had asked for. I would highly recommend.

I had trouble loading the photos of my shoes and insoles. My order initially went through but without all the information I needed to provide, I was a bit concerned about that. Daisy followed everything up via email letting me know the photos finally came through. I had requested phone calls rather than email, which she did, but I missed both of her calls. I have a new phone and issues with the ringer getting turned off, and volume not staying on loud. She provided 100% customer service, which is hard to find these days. I thank Daisy for her help and look forward to knowing I have someone to contact that will follow the order through. Thank you!
