prompt replies although I didnt really like the pressure to buy two products right off

Mary was knowledgeable with the questions that I had and is sending me a new kit since I had surgery in January of this year on both feet instead of using my old impressions.

I’ve using my insoles for about two weeks now, it’s a little getting use to wear them, however my plantar fasciitis is so painful that I decided to wear it all the time with my sneakers because I have a mix activity of walking and sitting so I figure I’ll wear them all the time. But they seem to be doing the job. I also wanted to say that one of my pairs was bigger than the other and I reported it to the company, the process was very smooth and today I received a replacement pair without any problems. Customer service has been excellent. Hopefully these insoles in combination with the therapy I’m doing will get me back on my feet. Thank you for your excellent service and follow up.

Mary was very nice and easy to talk to however, I think that the refund process is a little tedious and a lot of waiting

They did replace the original set with something that is almost identical but feels a tiny bit better. I still cannot get them “broken in” And they still feel very stiff.
