If you get Samantha (live agent), you'll love your experience!
I was browsing on my own pretty much knowing exactly what I was looking for, but a chat started automatically. I responded and the agent, Samantha, was VERY helpful. Again, pretty much knowing what I was looking for she went in depth on product details and company policies on returns and guarantees. She was personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. If I could give more stars I would. Great experience, great orthotics, great prices!

The Customer Rep Was Great
The Customer Rep Was Great. The Timeline For Receiving The Product Is Not So Good. It Would Be Better if The Client Is Kept Up To Date Of Progress Of The Product Manufacturing / Production / Shipping. I have been waiting 2 months since purchase and have had no communication of the progress of the orthotics. I have been recieving automated spam mail from the company every other day since purchase. too much spam mail. Keep The Client Up To Date On Progress Of Prouction And Delivery Thanks
