Kasie made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. She listened to my concerns and addressed them in a timely manner. I never felt during the conversation that she was not going to handle my concerns.

Thank you for allowing us to assist you during the ordering process. Some companies offer a bot for help but we do not. We believe having a live foot speciliats there to help really heightens the level of customer service we can provide! Nice to hear it served you well!

Mary was very helpful in my request for a replacement pair of orthotics after they started to separate within a week of wearing them. She was very quick and had my request submitted within minutes. I was a little disappointed that the orthotics started to separate so quickly, but the customer service was very pleasant. I hope the next pair will last a little longer.

Kirsten helped me place my second order via chat. I had some notes I wanted to add to my existing account. I was expecting to be told to follow some generic instructions but Kirsten walked me through the entire process. She was very nice. Thank you
