I made several request to find out if I should wear my toe spacers when I took the mold. I received finally two answers once said yes, wear them. The other said don’t. That’s confusing. In the end I took the advice of the first answer I received. And did not wear them. Will I receive a second mold if this is not the right thing to do and they don’t work

Website is a mess, I get VIP offer can't see were to insert, buy extra pair for one price at check out in offered a second pair cheaper and can't go back loose like a scam. I can only imagine what the insole will look like WTH?

F. No tracking number. No acknowledgment my size mistake was applied by someone that sounds like is not a bot or offshore person in India or China. 6 days and counting (4 business days to send me molds is what it says ). Are there actual podiatrists working here NOW? Or were they simply consulted when starting the company how to create the molds ?
