Kasie Earley was most helpful in getting my order straightend out. I was all set to complain about the slow service. But I found out it was my fault. Kasie explained what happened in such a nice way ,I left felling good about my order. The design team had tried to contact me ,but due to me using different e mails ,I didn't get the message. They were also just trying to do a good job on my insoles. It is nice to experience a company that cares, Thank you so much.
