Very helpful
I hade tried 2 of the insoles but they just weren't working for me. I reached out for a refund and they were very helpful and are honoring their refund guarantee.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
When I presented a problem with my insoles action was taken immediately. There were no what if’s, or but’s, or what should’s. Your customer service addressed the problem and fixed it within two business days. I am very thankful for your products and your team and their excellent customer support!
