After evaluating my custom orthotics - return easy
After evaluating my custom orthotics, I realized that these did not work for my condition and decided to return them. I contact Upstep Chat and chatted with Mary who made the return process very easy.

Great Customer Service!
Kristen is very empathetic and fully understood what I needed. I got clear instructions in regards to the additional information that was required to redo my orthotics and how to return the items that were not needed.
