Kristen responded to me in personal but professional way. And the news is good that the orthotics have been made to my specifications and will be sent out.

Welcome to the Upstep family!
Jen A.
I had a really unfortunate situation occur where my package was delivered and likely stolen. I am so sad about it as the inserts were intended to be a gift. We moved while the inserts were being made, so not only did Upstep help me with an address change mid-process, they helped us by being understanding and empathetic with the situation of the lost package. I greatly appreciate their customer service and will recommend them to anyone simply for that reason!

Kasie was helpful. But your payment options are not accurate. Therefore you waste customer and chat time. 2 days later: I receive an update from customer service saying they are working on fixing the problem. How wonderful to know they are listening (reading) and responding. This company is now a 10 in my mind!

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your review. I’d like you to know that I’ve shared your feedback with the team; we’re making changes internally, based in part, on your feedback. I can understand your thoughts and concerns. We do not offer Paypal as a form of payment but the VISA and Paypal logo do have a lot of similarities so we absolutely can see where you are coming from. Here are some changes we plan on making: We are going to look into adding written labels to the payment options to avoid any future unsurity. Thank you again for your openness and your willingness to share your experience.

KASIE helped me get an itemized receipt for my recent upstep insoles purchase for FSA verification in very short order.

This is great! Upsteps are FSA/HSA eligible. We accept many forms of payment, one of them being FSA/HSA. When our customers take advantage of using their FSA/HSA, we can provide a detailed receipt for our customers to use for reimbursement through their FSA/HSA provider. Thank you so much for sharing!
