Amazing customer support!
Shahar Rozen is the one who helped me and the best customer service! Had problems with my initial inserts and they fixed the problem and had a new pair sent out. Best orthotics I've used, God rid of my knee pain, and foot pain. I can wear them all day as a police officer and it helps so much!

Looking forward to getting some great orthotics!
I am happy to find such a vendor as I need some custom orthotics. I am excited to try this program out as I am pretty particular about my orthotics and am a Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care and Orthopedics so am pretty well versed in the need for orthotics. Mary was very helpful although could not honor the but one get one free offer I saw on your Facebook post. Unfortunately, I am getting the run around now, for the past 2 weeks, about pricing and how many orthotics I actually ordered. Have been trying to communicate with customer service but they quit responding when I asked for a refund. Tried calling but nobody answers the phone and you have to leave a voicemail and they say they will respond in 24 - 48 hours but my first call bank was much longer than that and came when I could not answer the phone. I called back and had to leave another voicemail with no response yet after 3 days. Have also written to customer service with no response. Feeling like this company is a sham now. Very disappointed.

Great experience
Samantha in customer service was great to work with. When a problem developed while ordering a duplicate set of inserts she followed through with the design department for me. She was super quick in responding to my emails and she worked with me on the pricing and made sure I was happy. A very pleasant experience
