I'm a previous customer and needed help with a discount code.
I'm a previous customer and needed help with the discount code, so I could reorder more insoles. I used the chat and was quickly put in contact with Kasie E. She was very polite and helpful, and answered all of my questions. I was able to correct the issue with my discount code and order another set of insoles. Thanks again for your help, Kasie!

Support team is extremely responsive, friendly and gets back with the customer rapidly and with the goal of solving any issue that arises. The orthotic quality is excellent and the company stands behind their promise to assure the right fit and comfort.
