First experience with Upstep
Well, there was an immediate response and the chat process was efficient and prompt. Samantha was great and wasn't pushy at all but very informed and helpful.

Great Service and Good, Comfy Orthotics
Had an issue with an order and Kasie from customer service was able to help. They agreed to remake one of the orthotics I ordered and offered a discount for a larger order. It was super appreciated, and I definitely plan to order from them again!
