Very easy and probably the best orthotic i’ve had for plantar fasciitis
this is my second pair and I’ve now ordered another. My first pair I got years ago and recently ordered a 2nd. To be totally honest this pair feels even better than the first pair. it’s very easy and convenient. I suggest using the photo option to show them wear and tear on your current shoes and orthotics. I have plantar fasciitis and can only really walk with an orthotic in my shoe l. These ones are better than any I’ve ever gotten . After receiving them, I just put in a second order so I can have in my work sneakers and running sneakers separately.
