When I finally connected to somebody…
When I finally connected to somebody the problem was solved. I initially tried phone. I was on hold then timed out. When I went to web site it i had to navigate to the bottom. . When I finally got to Mary it was great . The trip getting there not so much

Great customer experience and product.
I don’t usually post reviews, but after reading some reviews about their customer service - I wanted to share my experience. I made a purchase and initially it didn’t fit right (a little thick for my shoes). Within 12 days I received a replacement. No hassle, no complexity - just a very good customer experience.
