Great customer care service
I called the customer care team and left a message explaining why I was calling and expecting a call back in 24 to 48 hours. I’m happy to say I received an email in less than 30 minutes with the information I was looking for, (my tailored exercises). Thanks for the quick response, great service!

These are my first custom orthodics
These are my first custom orthodics. I recently turned 60 and spend 60 hours a week in workboots standing on concrete. I have had these in my boots for 4 days and am ordering another pair. I now have a gate in my step that I haven't had in years. Do yourself a favor order 2 pair
