Samantha was very well informed and courteous over the chat. I have a small concern about the sizing but she has eased my mind for the short term. I clicked my insoles weren't removeable evidently and these are smaller than the ones I've been using but Samantha indicated they should work. If not, reach back out and see what can be done.
