I have received my custom orthotics, and I was wondering if the 3/4 length one was even going to work. As I was looking on the website for information, Mary in the chat popped up. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and gave me good information. I have 180 days to try the orthotics out, which is more than fair. We'll see how they do!
