Mary in the chat was helpful in making my concerns heard.
Mary in the chat was helpful in making sure my file got the updated photos and additional information I submitted. The mold has been shipped but not yet received. I just wanted to send along some additional info so that the orthotics help ease my foot pain. It was nice to feel that someone was on the other-side of this process.

KASIE was great
