Excellent customer service and satisfaction guarantee.
Excellent customer service and satisfaction guarantee. I was going to return for a refund but instead I chose the "free remake" option until they fit correctly. I could not ask for more. Kristen, supervisor was so service oriented and clearly explained all my options. I so appreciate it!

Provided comfort that I never felt before. You need to break them in though. They hurt a bit at first.
