Although it's been over a month since…
Although it's been over a month since my order, the team is asking me questions about what type of injury They have to build the best orthotics possible. I will rate them when they arrive. So far, the team asks the right questions. I can't wait to see how they feel.

Well laid out user interface

Kasie was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Answered my question quickly and left me feeling confident that she knew what she was talking about. I anticipate ordering a pair of orthotics in the near future after this conversation.

Worth the investment!
I ordered the On My Feet orthotics for my everyday use, and they've been great. I've had them for about month, and most of my foot and heel pain is already gone! The whole process from order to getting the impression box to orthotics arrival turnaround took about 6 weeks and was super convenient. The investment is worth it! Just ordered a new pair for walking/running. Highly recommended!

Chat assistance was helpful.
Kasie was helpful in answering my questions. She did not oversell or push hard for immediate purchase. Just gave me the facts and info i asked for in regards to being able to adjust them to fit in my shoes without voiding warranty. I appreciate the large 180 day window to try them out and be able adjust or return them without paying for shipping. They are expensive so having time to make sure they work is important to me.
