I ordered 2 pairs of Upstep inserts and loved them so much I ordered 2 more so that I did not have to swap them out of hiking shoes and trail runners. With the second order USPS lost the package. After filing a search with the post office they came up empty handed. Customer Care at Upstep was VERY helpful in getting a replacement manufactured and sent to me via Fed-Ex. So very appreciative of the excellent customer service. And now I am enjoying the Upsteps each and every day. I am about to walk the Camino in Spain and can’t imagine going without these!

I made an order for three pairs of shoe insoles and only two came. I emailed immediately after I got my package and got a response within an hour assuring me that the last pair was on its way that for some reason, all three didn’t come in the same package.
