I have had two foot surgeries so I have had to wear orthotics for a while and have used different orthotic companies over the years. I tried Upstep and am happy with their customer service. However, my past orthotics have taken into account my Neuroma on my left foot, so the orthotic was modified for this issue. The orthotic from Upstep didn't take this into account, so I am disappointed. I hope that the orthotics work out and provide the support that I need.

This company claims to remake your orthotics until you’re happy! What they don’t mention is it will take more than a month to get the remake and that there’s no other way to get in touch with customer service other than a generic email address. Responses to that email are sporadic and you’ll get someone different every time. I’m glad that they were willing to adjust them but when they do the remake, they won’t resend the kit out for an impression and they don’t ask follow up questions on what needs adjustment. They took 1 piece of information and that was it. The first pair made my partner’s knee hurt and my pair was so uncomfortable it made my foot pain worse. Still waiting to see if the adjustment is going to work but I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks to even hear that they’ve been shipped out.

Mary was very helpful, but my inability on the website to simply order a different style of insole based off the foot impressions you already have without having to what appears to me to go through the entire process again is disappointing, and has stopped me from ordering an additional set of insoles. I'll make do with what I have.

I bought the on my feet all day inserts to replace my aging inserts, I've had them for 20 years! They have leather on top which I really like and that's probably why they've lasted so long, they still work I just keep them in my work boots now. I plan to use these in my athletic/dress shoes. The material I don't think will last very long, we'll see. They fit my feet just like my other pair, I put them in and walked in them all day, no issues. They're a little wider at the toe than my other pair so they're a little harder to get in my shoes, I suspect that they will soften with time. My biggest complaint is that it took over 3 months to get them. I think my order got lost somewhere. It was very easy to order them and get fitted, and the fit was perfect. We'll see how long they last, I don't have a lot of faith in the materials, maybe they'll surprise me.

Ordered custom orthotics from Upstep on 3/23/2024. No updates on status of order x1 month. Emailed customer service on 4/21/2024 requesting order status update. Received an email response on 4/22/2024 stating, "your custom orthotics are scheduled to ship in 10-12 business days". Orthotics were received on 5/9/2024. Product seems of good quality. Despite following the recommended break-in period, wearing the orthotics result in increased feet discomfort. Orthotics may just not be for me... Offering another pair for $99 after I committed to two pair for more money. Makes me wonder whether I would've been able to get that second pair for the same $99. It's rude and takes away from any trust I might have initially had. In fact, it makes me distrust your entire enterprise and wish I hadn't already ordered from you.
