Great experience and timing of email.
This is email could not have been more perfect in timing. I have been running around looking for someone to make custom orthotics as the one's I have may be free but they take too long to make and after almost 8 years of wearing 10 pairs...(of the same specification) the left foot arch is now bothering me and causing so much back and foot pain. Mary answered all my questions that I could think of and I am ready, really ready to get started and get back to walking. So thank you for sending this email and speaking with Mary.
