I liked every step of the order online…
I liked every step of the order online process. It was easy but very thorough. Now I am waiting for my Upstep Custom insoles. :-)

Customer care organization. Fantastic Organization!
I appreciate the fact that your care specialist informed me that my diabetic condition recommends not to purchase their product. It is wonderful to know that there are businesses that care about their customer so much that they would be professional enough to not sell me something that could potentially do more harm than good.
