Do it all at once
Started the follow up questionnaire requesting pictures of shoes/inserts and got interrupted and now can't access it.

Cannot get photos of shoes back to…
Cannot get photos of shoes back to Upstep. The app they sent does not work properly. I forwarded the images to customer support. Other than that they have grest.

Walking pain free!
I have been walking my dog every morning for years. I struggled with knee pain, sore hips, and plantar fasciitis. I purchased upstep inserts around three years ago. What a difference the inserts made. I walk pain free! Thank you Upstep Custom Orthotics.

Good customer service, too pricey to re-order
I would start off by saying the communication with this company is great. They give you step-by-step progress of your order and make it very easy for you to custom make your orthotics. With that said, I would not purchase again because the cost is prohibitive. There are a lot of sales in a lot of Gimmicks to entice you to order. I would just rather they lower the price.
