Customer service on Chat they were really nice
Mary was trying to help the best she could but the questions they asked after ordering did not fit my shoe issues.. each brand is a different size. New Balance i wear a 91/2 d width Brooks a 10 wide. SAS they are a size nine double wide so how do you tell them which size. I thought they make them for your foot especially the arch area.... so i could interchange them.
