MARY made it easy for me
MARY made it easy for me. I needed to replace my UpStep Orthotics but also wanted to send them as a gift. MARY explained how I could do that in one transaction and get their "2 Pairs" pricing. Playing like a champion Mary...keep it up(step)!

Ordering is a breeze.
The ordering process is very straight forward. Mary was very helpful with some information that I was having issues with. Great deal that the company pays for the shipping of the impression kits.

Before I took a chance on these…
Before I took a chance on these orthotics, I had one main question. Kasie in Customer Service answered the main question I had, quickly and simply. My wife and I may possibly purchase the orthotics with the Black Friday deal.
