I’m really impressed with the level of…personal service
I’m really impressed with the level of one on one service. I’ve purchased on at least two prior occasions and this is the first time I’ve been in continued contact regarding my personal issues and potential solutions. Previously I sent my imprint and that was it. Now we’ve deep dived into my foot history and current discomfort and these order may be the most accurate orthotic design I’ve ever received. All at a fraction of the price of prescription orthotics especially with promo offers. I’m looking forward to trying this latest design.

Great experience ordering, hoping the insoles will be the solution!…
I thought that the questions were all relevant and not too complicated, since I'm buying these for my hubby for Christmas. There should be another opportunity to add a comment with the pictures.

Great insoles, I HIGHLY recommend this product and Company!
I absolutely LOVE my UPSTEP insoles. I am reordering 3 additional pairs because I rotate them every few days. Prior to getting my first pair of Upstep insoles I had extremely intense feet and knee pain and I was using insoles from a Podiatrist! Upstep's insoles are a much better quality at a lower price. I've even referred you to friends and family. And their customer service is OUTSTANDING! Thank you, Upstep!

Kasie answered my question thoroughly
Kasie answered my question thoroughly. Upstep can make one orthotic with a heel lift for people with one leg longer/shorter.
