Leary until I spoke with Kirsten
Was leary of trying a company with whom I've never done business. I engaged in a chat with the tech, Kirsten and she was both friendly and knowledgable. She is a huge reason that i contnued with my order.

Chat is a real person not AI
little wait for a real person to chat with which is huge since I never received an order number. Mary was quick to find the order and give a ETA when to expect 28-35 days

This company is excellent in customer service,hardly no wait time for a responses, these Orthotics are a game changer, after spending a lot of money on different products. I finally found a great product that will work for for my Achilles Tendinitis.

A Must Have for Irregular Feet
I get Upsteps for my daughter annually, and it's nice to be able to both reorder a current pair or to start over and get a new impression for changes in her foot and footwear.

I was asked all the right questions during the order process. I was able to describe my symptoms/issues to better fix my foot pain problems.
